Can I consign from anywhere in South Africa?
Yes. Sellers across South Africa are welcome to apply. For accepted pieces, arrange courier delivery or an agreed Cape Town drop-off with the team. Confirm the handover details and any delivery costs before sending your items.
What pieces can I sell?
Our focus is authentic, new, unworn and unused streetwear, sneakers, apparel and designer pieces. Include clear photos, brand, size, condition, asking price and any available original tags, packaging or proof of purchase. Disclose any flaws, even on an unworn item. Each submission is reviewed before acceptance. For items outside our new-item focus, see the selected exceptions section above.
How do I register, and what will I need?
Applications are not open yet. Once the service launches, you will register securely and provide the approved agreement, identity document and bank confirmation through your account. Staff review is required before you can submit pieces. Please do not send these documents by email.
When will my pieces go live?
Once your draft product is accepted, you hand the item over to us. We approve the listing only after we have physically received the item and confirmed its authenticity. Acceptance of a draft is not the same as approval to go live.
Can I change my asking price?
Price changes will be requested through your account and reviewed by the team. Agreed prices and the terms that apply will be confirmed before listing.
What are the fees and withdrawal terms?
Commission, any early-withdrawal fee and return arrangements will be set out in the approved consignment agreement before applications open. No items are being accepted through this website yet.
When and how do I get paid?
The agreement will explain the return hold, required supporting documents and EFT payment process. Payouts require the completed checks and supporting evidence; payment timing will be confirmed before you consign.
